It is especially designed for pelvic floor physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, midwives, doulas (birth and postpartum), Ayurvedic practitioners, yoga therapists, movement specialists, energy workers, mental health professionals, nurses, and integrative health providers.

This course also serves as a prerequisite for our Integrative Pelvic Care for Fertility training, making it a valuable starting point for those looking to expand their scope of practice and deepen their impact in perinatal care.

In the Integrative Pelvic Care for Postpartum training, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the postpartum body from both clinical and holistic perspectives.

This course blends hands-on manual therapy, Ayurvedic postpartum wisdom, and somatic practices to offer a truly integrative approach to healing after birth. You’ll explore postpartum anatomy and physiology, including fascial, muscular, hormonal, and nervous system changes, while learning practical techniques such as myofascial release, pelvic balancing, sacral decompression, and uterine support.

You'll also be introduced to Ayurvedic protocols for nourishing and rebuilding tissues through warm oil therapies, herbal applications, and supportive daily routines. In addition, you’ll develop trauma-informed communication and breath-led movement practices to guide your clients in restoring core and pelvic floor function with care and confidence.

Whether you’re working in a clinical, bodywork, or coaching capacity, this training will provide you with a full-body, whole-person toolkit to support recovery and empowerment in the sacred postpartum window. This course is also a prerequisite for our advanced fertility training.
