• Participant Cancellations
  - Participants may cancel their registration for a professional development activity up to 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
  - Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.
  - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
  - All online coursework is offered with a 30 day money back guarantee! If learners are dissatisfied with the content, they can email [email protected] to initiate a full refund.
• Provider Cancellations
  In the unlikely event that the provider cancels a professional development activity, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future offering.
